Greetings Everyone,
This is just a quick update to let you know that all is going well with the project and we are working vigorously to deliver your iKONs in time (i.e. ahead of estimated delivery date). That been said, we are also trying not to rush the final product/s, but working diligently and making sure every bits and pieces pass our stress and quality assurance test.
Below is what the fabricated white iKON casing looks like: 
We will be posting some major updates from next week onward and also shed more light on the quality, features and motives behind the birth of our Free Magnetic Charger, which we are certain you will love.

Dear Backers,
Great news everyone, as promised, the SURVEYs has been sent out to you, kindly watch out for them.
In addition, I thought I would share with you some of the iKON application help screen, so that you can have a glance in our app world and know what to expect. We can wait to the your devices and the application into hands.
Again, if you use your Facebook login for your Indiegogo account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you would prefer to use, please contact support at https://ikontracker.backerkit.com/faq and we'll get you sorted out!

BackerKit surveys are coming!
Greetings Dear Backers,
Finally, all multiple orders were successfully consolidated and we are now good to go with BackerKit survey.
We will send an email with a special link to BackerKit surveys on Friday (11th of November, 2016). It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.

Greetings Backers,
We hope you all had a great and fantastic weekend. Especially those in the United State, we want you to know that we are with you in this time of election, may this election be glorious and uplifting for the beautiful United State of America.
Now a quick update for you to let you know how far we are from mass production and shipment. We usually post updates on the following days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We are currently waiting to hear from BackerKit, to approve and give us a go ahead to send out the surveys, we are definitely sending out the survey this week.
Software/Database/Server/Application:
The iKON application is responding greatly :). We are now setting up our VPS and edifying our server; currently moving from shared cloud to our own dedicated server to get everything ready ahead of releasing the application on Apple store and Google Play store.
Hardware/Mould:
Finally, our machine fabricated mould are finally ready, see the images below, they are now undergoing sparking process.

*****QUICK UPDATE ON SURVEYS******
Dear Backers,
I thought I would quickly send this out to let you know the reason behind the delay with surveys.
The surveys were meant to be sent out on the 28th of October, but we decided not to send them out, due to backers with multiple pledge orders. In order to reduce the amount of effort and time that would take Backers with multiple orders to complete the surveys, BackerKit suggested to us that we should consolidate these backers so that every backer only have one order in their system.
The benefit is that consolidated orders will not only reduce the amount of time you will have to spend completing the surveys, but also make fulfillment easier and faster. The downside was that, the adjustments made for all backers with more than one order requires some extra time.
Now we are only waiting for the BackerKit system to finish up with the consolidation process. We should be able to send the surveys out soon.
On the other hand, iKON application development is progressing greatly and I should be able to bring you some good news about the iOS application shortly and also send you some photos of the machine fabricated iKONs.
