SHIPPING HAS BEGUN! WE DID IT!!!
 

Greetings everyone, 

I will make this really short! Finally!!! we've processed all IGG orders and sent them out except for 36 orders that had some shipping info missing, I will reach out to these people shortly and get it sorted. 

A lot of you would have received their tracking numbers, because the tracking numbers were/are sent out automatically/periodically and if you haven't received your tracking number, kindly exercise some patience and you will receive your tracking number before the end of today (Thursday) or Friday.  

The iOS and Android applications would also be uploaded onto the application stores by tomorrow and if not it would be on Monday, but it should be uploaded by tomorrow Friday the 7th of July, 2017. 

I sincerely appreciate your support and patience. I am very sure you will love every bit of the iKON and the application as well. Once you touch your iKON device, you would definitely know the wait was worth it. 

I would like to use this opportunity to kindly urge you to be very gently and take some extra care when you are opening the battery lid/cover. 
Also, the life span of the battery we included into the iKONs is short, because they are sample batteries. We are currently working on a very high quality battery that can last up to 2 years, using the similar batteries as those used in hearing aids. I will keep you posted. 

Finally, we will be working on the advanced application and we wont release a till later time, as we would love to integrate the IFTTT into our advanced application and that way you would be able to use your iKONs to control your smart home. 

It has been a very long journey and I am glad we made it. Thank you so very much for believing in us and for helping us bring this project to live!!!

Yes challenges will definitely come, which is to help you gain more strength in order to handle more challenges.

                              Quick and Easy Update.

Greetings everyone,

I understand that lots of you wants to receive your tracking numbers as soon as possible. I finally uploaded all the order files onto the fulfilment portal and we are good to go now.

I am working round the clock to get your tracking numbers sent to you via email and you should be able to start receiving your tracking numbers from Friday/Saturday this weekend.

There was a massive typhoon called Merbok in Hong Kong this past week and lots of things were delayed due to the typhoon. 

Here is also a video that I shot to test the new iKON Tracker that I recently received with the finished iKON application. The applications should be hitting the application stores from next week and I am sure you will love the simplicity and effectiveness of our application:

That been said, I am currently working on improving the battery lid based on the feedback that I have received, so I would suggest you kindly open the battery lid with gentleness and carefulness.

QUICK UPDATE ON SHIPMENT

Greetings everyone, 

The iKONs arrived safely into our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong. See image below:

This week is going to be a long week of some hard work for  myself and my colleagues, because we need to go through all order list and making sure all items were rightly packed into shipment bag and then load them onto our fulfilment portal. Your tracking numbers are going to be sent to you automatically, as soon as the orders file is rightly loaded onto portal and your shipment bag is picked up by the selected courier company. 

All you have to do now is to relax and wait for your tracking numbers, I really cannot control most of the things regarding fulfilment, because all processing must be done according to the fulfilment centre's system and timeline. 

I understand you want your orders as soon as possible and you will get them. We've done a great job together already, so let us consummate it excellently.

We've also just done a massive improvement to our Android application and I am loving the application more and more. Shortly, you will be able to download our app.

SHIPMENT UPDATE

Greetings everyone,

I hope you are all having a great time...
Here is a quick update for you to let you know that we've successfully completed the assembling of the iKONs, see images below:

We will now get them sent to our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong tomorrow and shipment will commence as soon as they arrived at our fulfilment centre. 

We will also release both iOS and Android applications during the transit period of the iKONs, so that the iKONs will be arriving at your door steps, just as the applications are landing onto the application stores.
Again, all orders are going to shipped, which means every single one of our backers will be receiving their orders.

To be honest, I poured out my best and lots of resources into this project, I have been working this project since I graduated in 2015 as a certified civil engineer.
That is 2 years without any wages or income and yet with so much bills to pay. 
As you can see, my focus has never been about profit, it has always been about building a tracker that can last.

I sincerely appreciate your support and I understand how unhappy you were or still are, especially with all the delays, it was never my intention to delay the project, I just wanted to make sure you receive a high quality product. Its all about integrity and honesty with me and I promised myself never to send out an inferior product. 

You might never be able to understand the pressure on my shoulder, it is really challenging when you are black person trying to get things like this done and it is a lot worse when you are a Nigerian, because everyone seems to forget that all Nigerians are not scammers, the same way that all white people are not racists.

Long story short... We are here now because of your support!!!
